I have 20 years of experience in home health care. I have done hourly and live-in work, assisting clients with their daily living activities. I've worked with client with Alzheimer's, Dementia, terminal illness (hospice care), rehabilitation. Some of the services I provided include but not limited to ensuring safety and security of the client inside and outside the home; assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, taking vital signs, medication reminder; escort to doctor's appointment or beauty salon appointment or to religious services; running errands; making phone calls to set or to follow with appointment; order and pick up medications at the pharmacy; prepare meals, light housekeeping; be the eyes and ears of the family and be an advocate to the client.
