My name is Hope Gilliland I am a wife of 40 year,s a devoted christian and have cared for loved ones. My son of 13 years who suffered from a trama tic brain injury who had to learn to talk, walk, read, dress himself, and eat....he was left with seizers from nerve damage to his brain. .. I cared for my mother when she had a stroke and broke her hip from 2003 to 2004. I took care of my mom from age 12 to 18 when I got married she became diabetic when I waa twelve and could not give her own insulin shots so my Dad, my older sister, then myself after she married and left home. I raised 2 diabetic children of my own from ages 8,and 9 to adult living.. I was a dedicated church member for 30 plus years ...I go to church now but not as a member since my son's accident he needed me everyday and night. I worked at pike county board of education from 1993 to 1998. I am trust worthy and love caring for others it is a gift . Not a job............Hope Gilliland
