My son was 6 yrs old and he now is 18 and understands now lucky he was to have his GREAT grandmother live with us and learn and hear the ways of the past. It truly was a blessing. Services And Training: The BEST training I had was my Grandmother lived with me, my son and husband for 6 yrs. I have worked at LC Memorial Hospital on the SNF (Skilled Nursing Floor) with the elderly. I helped them thrive with activities, being a friend to them and help clean themselves or actually whatever was needed. I have a passion for the elderly. Most think they are mean and honory, but that is not true, they just want to be acknowledged. A simple "Hello Ma'am/Sir"makes the most beautiful smile.
