Kundalini Yoga Teacher offering specific classes for individuals with either early Alzheimers and/or Dementia . Kundalini Yoga is a scientific technology for awareness and happiness. UCLA studies recently published in Alzheimers Research & Prevention Journals demonstrate how specific Kundalini Kriya's reduce pre-Alzheimers cognitive impairment better than any other memory exercise or modality. Kriya's will be taught that exercise the frontal lobes of the brain and produce glandular secretions from the pituitary, hypothalamus and pineal glands. Students will learn the "who, what, why and how" of Kundalini. Students will experience and learn specific Kriya's including sound current mantras; mudras that cut through difficulties; asanas-movement; and meditation. It is invigorating, fun and extremely beneficial! It is also very beneficial for stress reduction and assists caregivers. I will come to your home, office, care center or other location to teach. Fee is $15.00 per class. The more participants the less expensive the class per student.
