Hello, my name is Ivanka. :) I have a lot of experience taking care of & assisting elderly people with their daily activities. I understand how hard must be for some of the older people to go do their errands (shopping, doctors appointments...) especially in this crucial COVID time. I have my own car. I would be happy to: - Provide companion care and conduct friendly conversations - Introduce mind engaging games to stimulate activities. - Escort for outings or short walks when possible. - Offer seniors medication reminders. - Providing guidance for light exercise within persons limitations and comfort zone (I’m a physiotherapist) Some of the errand duties as: - Prepare light meals such as soups, or snacks for your loved ones. - Assist with light housework such as dusting, laundry. - Take up short grocery trips, picking up medications, etc. - Help them with commutation to the doctor and other outings.
