I am an experienced Registered Nurse with a legal background. As our parents age there comes a need for coordination of care and an increased need to address complex medical issues. If you manage and coordinate care for your aging parent, or parents, and have become busy with your own family and career or have moved out of state, I can help manage their care by providing knowledgeable, compassionate care to help lessen the worry and assist you when you're unable to be there. I can provide individualized custom nursing care plans to optimize health, coordinate doctor appointments, rides to and from appointments, fill medication planners, continuously check for medication contraindications, routine nursing updates to family, etc. I will make a nursing care plan the is best for you and your family and you and your family can tell me what your wishes are. Together we can make updates and changes as needed. I am a Registered Nurse, daughter, aunt, granddaughter, niece, and mother.
