Elder Care in South Boston, Virginia

I am a mother of three and I will soon have an empty nest. I am off for the summer months because I am a teacher. I have always had a need to help children and elderly people. I took care of my mother who past away 7 years ago with Alzheimer's. It was a joy to help and be with her. I also took care of my father until he passed. He had lung cancer and I did everything for him until he passed. As a child I had a need to give my parents all the love and support I could because they loved and took care of me my entire life.I consider myself a loving and caring person. I have been working with children for 27 years and I love what I do but I promised my mother that I would also work with the elderly. So I am trying to keep my promise to her. She always told me that I had a love for people.
