I have worked with a diverse group of people, in varying settings, for 20 years. I am enthusiastic about helping people. I believe in supporting individuals with respect and professionalism, to ultimately empower the client to maintain as much independence as desired, while simultaneously maintaining personal dignity. I am friendly, outgoing, and empathetic. I enjoy working with people to help them attain their goals. I have my own business providing services to private clients. Services can include cleaning, organizing, meal prep, personal care, errands, and appointment support among others. I have been providing private services for about 12 years, while also providing support to adults with intellectual disabilities, dual diagnoses, and total care needs. I recently resigned from my overnight awake position with a local agency, where I supported individuals with all aspects of daily living including medication administration, meal preparation and assisted feeding, morning bathing and hygiene routines, monitoring overnight health, and toileting assistance. I have a schedule made three weeks in advance, but my available hours vary. Message to inquire. Occasional overnights available.
