My work usually involved interaction with my client, I also maintained safety and make sure that my client have adequate sustainance and exact medicines to be taken. I also reorient my client especially when disoriented and confused due to dementia. I also did some collaboration with the health care team and behavior team to further assess my client\'s future needs.
