Elder Care in Bemidji, Minnesota

About Me: Name is Richard. I read Carolyn T. is looking for a senior caregiver in Bemidji, Mn. I have cared for an elderly person who had a stroke. I saved a life with CPR for 35 minutes, (my wife) I am 62 yrs old, 6'1" 211 lbs. Service Abilities: I have done personal care, and hospice care. I cooked meals and coffee and gave rides to visit his wife in elder care. I have a car. With respect to prior qualifications, I have been a senior caregiver before just to help Harold out, it was me & my wife for 3 years after he had his stroke. I did what was needed including washing his clothes and helped him wash his hair and into the bathtub. I tended his garden that I planted and maintained. I used his check book to pay all his utilities. I also kept up his yard with mowing, snow shoveling, driving him around. I, we, took care of him at age 81 to 84 until his family came and took him out of state. I did everything needed in his life including doctor visits and giving him his pills. His family in Washington promised to do right for all my (our) help. They absolutely did not keep that promise but I did not do it for them, I did it for Harold. I can tell you more on the phone, it is a long story.
