Elder Care in New Orleans, Louisiana

I am a Home Health Care Nurse which is taking care of the Clients that have Health and Medical needs, which includes daily V/S, daily accessments of Skin and Clients Condition, Ace or Gauze Dessing or Wrappings if needed, Wound Care, Topical applications if needed. Medication Administration of pills, IM injections, SubQ injections if Needed, IV Therapy,etc. Wound Vacs, Foley Catherization of male and female, Monitoring Nasal O2, Monitoring C-PAC , Monitoring Tube and Bolus Feeding, Accessing stoma's Colostomy- cleansing and Changing Colostomy Bag when needed, Turning client every 2hrs if need be. Transferring Client from Bed to Wheelchair or walker to Dinning Room, Rehab Room, Piodiatry care, Activity Room, etc back to wheelchair to designated area or room., Observing Physicians Orders and carrying them out, reviewing lab results wnl and if the results are not in normal range call the Clients physician to make the dr aware of the results, etc
