I am Michael Chan a filipino, with a height of 5'6" and my weight is 182lbs. I work in Eisenhower Medical Center from March 2006 then retired last December 2013, then I work with Rich Care Inc. as caregiver from February 2014 to March 2015, then I work with Samuel de Angelo who is 6'1" in height and approximately 200lbs., 89 yrs old with alzheimers and wheel chair bound. He moved to LA to live with his son, so I stop working with him last January 17,2017, I am available anytime for a personal interview at your own convenience.
