I am compassionate when it comes with dealing with elderly patients because basically I grew up with my grandparents so as I started to practice nursing I am just rendering my patients a TLC(tender loving care) because of the thought that they are my own family. It really sounds fulfulling everytime I ended my shift with a huge smile on my patients face & I loved doing my job.
