i am a registered nurse in the philippines and completed a 6 months caregiving training and passed the certification for caregiver. i am willing to work even holidays and weekends and night shifts I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in April 2009, and passed the Philippine Nursing Local Exam (NLE) in the same year. I also have licensed I.V. therapist in the Philippines making me exposed in different fluid solutions and injections that is introduced to some chronically ill�ed patient. I conducted my volunteer experience to a tertiary hospital Manila East Medical Center and exposed to different cases of patients such as elderly with Diabetes Mellitus and heart diseases , hospitalized children, and how to response in Emergency situations such as First Aid and CPR. I also accomplished my 6 months caregiving training program and passed the assessment exam and acquired the National Certification in Caregiving (NCII) in January 2012. Including exposure to institutions: � Bluewhale Mission of Our Lady (Home for abandoned elderly)- vital signs monitoring, assisting the residents on their activities of daily living such as bathing, eating and dressing, also assisting the houseparent for some house hold chores, and we also organize time for BINGO games, singing and dancing. � Bahay Aurora (house for orphans) �assisting the children on their daily activities such as feeding, bathing, reading books, and teaching some basic proper hygiene. � San Geronimo Hospital � assisting clients for different trauma cases such as fractures of bones, dislocation of joints, and wound dressing.
