Love working with the elderly.and with kids Capable of performing task in an organized manner, exercising good judgment and creative problem solving,and I have my certificate of Persnal support worker program.. My Skills and Qualifications: ● CPR/First Aid Certified, Red Cross Level C. ● Considerable understanding in English. ● Honest, accurate and a willingness to meet challenges quickly and enthusiastically. ● Ability to learn quickly and remain calm under pressure. ● Caring, hardworking, trustworthy and respectful. Love working with the elderly. ● Capable of performing task in an organized manner, exercising good judgment and creative problem solving. ● Experienced working with different transfer lift such as sora, hoyer and ceiling. ● Vital signs and care plan flow charting. ● Excellent understanding of safety in the workplace. My Clinical Skills; ● Able to assist patients with proper positioning, transfer and ambulation. ● Set primary goal of promotion of clients privacy, comfort, mobility, personal hygiene and safety. ● Assist with incontinence, ADLs and ROM exercise according to care plan.
