My care, especially among the elderly emphasizes encouraging and preserving independence. I like to involve the residents with their care, preserving their mobility as much as possible. Of course, I take into consideration their limitations, so I assist them with their activities of daily living I like to have fun with the residents. I enjoy playing board games with them and keeping them occupied throughout the day. I have over 4 years of experience doing personal care, medical administration, and various other nursing skills.
