with a bedridden, patient with Alzheimer's disease, Bulbar ALS (to an Autralian woman, 54 years of age, 75kgs., has a PEG, BPAP, needs a Robinul injection 3x a day, Nebulize 3x a day, manually lifting patient every changing (hypants type) diaper, using hoist/ lifter (machine), needs a light exercise to counter the disease, etc.)
