Hi,I\\\\\\\'m looking for a fulltime job as a senior care/ elderlycare for your loveones.I worked as a live -in caregiver for 2 elderly client which has bipolar depression and pre-dementia,diabetes,hypertensive client.And worked as a nurse in the philippines and saudi arabia.This is one of my asset that help me grow with my work as a elderlycare based on my experience and profession.Have a perfect day to everybody. A knowledge-based Home Health Aide practice independently and in collaboration with the client and other health care professionals to promote independent living of clients. Able to provide home management, personal care and respite assistance to clients. Use skills and interventions to meet the physical, social/cultural, emotional and spiritual needs of the client. • Assist with or perform activities of daily living such feeding, toileting, dressing, and walking. • Manage housework, meals, laundry and groceries. • Ensure that others don’t take advantage to pt. • Administer medication and other healthcare task. • Provide emotional support and companionship • Assume legal professional act. • Plan activities ahead of time. • Consult with healthcare professional such doctor, Case Manager, Pharmacist. • Stand up with patients needs. • Secure environment so that patient physically safe. • Be on-call 24 hrs/ 7 days a week. • Chart and record key information about patient.( Blood sugar)
