Hi there, I\'d like to assist your loved ones by transporting them to do the following activities: • Doctor\'s appointments and medical treatments • Grocery and personal shopping • Visits family and friends • Drop off /pick up dry cleaning • Pick up prescriptions • Airport check-in • Weekly Church visiting • More Transportation facility*: 2014 Dodge Caravan (Black) Fees: $1 per kilometers, minimal charge $3.50. Free of charge for waiting period less than 15 minutes. Service time: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I\'d like to setup long-term relationship with you so that I can provide better job for your loved ones and there are 3 plans for you to reduce the travelling cost: Plan 1: $100 for 4 rides, travelling within 30 kilometers** (one-way trip or round-trip, 20 minutes free waiting time**) Plan 2: $200 for 8 rides, travelling within 35 kilometers** (one-way trip or round-trip, 30 minutes free waiting time**) Plan 3 $500 for 20 rides, travelling within 40 kilometers** (one-way trip or round-trip, 45 minutes free waiting time**) If you need companion service during an appointment or a visit, I would charge $15 per hour.
