Hi there. I am Joe Lapat, a Registered Nurse from the Philippines with extensive adult care experience obtained from working in the Middle east and here in Canada. I provide care to my client on a family oriented level and I am a tender loving person. � Responsible for helping the seniors and disabled clients in receiving proper nutrition by planning and preparing their meals. � Help in cleaning, taking them for errands and any other daily activity they need help with. � If working for the elderly, the job involves all the necessary duties of senior health care, which including monitoring their vital signs and maintaining a log book. � Help the clients who suffer from the physical and cognitive health problems. � Assist the patients in walking, assisting them in carrying out exercises and helping them in maintaining memory. � Responsible for determining food which is due for expiration dates. � Assist the patients with toileting and bathing whenever required. � Responsible to perform the variety of housekeeping tasks which is highly difficult for them. � Provide the help for maintaining a calendar of appointments as well.
