Hello, With my years of experience I have learnt that there are 4 keys to success in working with people with a disabilty or elder care: 1. Accept people for who they are and where they are at in their life. 2. Provide opportunities to explore ideas/activities of interest. 3. Encourage them to reach their goals or make new ones. 4.
