Elder Care in Oshawa, Ontario

Hello my name is Odette. I am a single mother of two wonderful children. I currently work full-time with seniors in their home. I have been working with seniors for 11 years. Before I worked with seniors, I worked with physically disabled adults for 9 and half years. I have always like to help people. I am very passionate about my job. When I go into someone home I would like them to feel comfortable with me. Having a child who has a disability has made me more empathic towards peoples needs. I am a very loving, caring person who you can rely on and trust with your family member. If you choose me to care for your loved one you will see the type of care I give is like caring for my own loved one. I have provided support for adults with physical disability and also for seniors in their homes. My duties included; personal care(shower, sponge bath, toileting, transfers), meal preparations, assist with eating or feeding, assist with medications, taking blood pressure and light house keeping. I also assist clients with ROM exercise.
