Hello, My name is Jadwiga. I am the mother of three, now grown up children. I am originally from Poland but have spent the past 27 years in Canada working and raising my family. I have a higher diploma in agriculture from College in Poland. By now I speak perfectly understandable english with a slight Polish accent of course :) I have been working as a caretaker for the past 15 years. I have varied experience, both live-in and live-out, taking care of elderly single people as well as couples. I am now 58 years old but in great health and most importantly great spirits. I am very cheerful and understand the need of happiness and friendship when taking care of the elderly. I am a great cook, able to make every kind of food and accommodate special diet needs. I have taken care of people with various illnesses and am able to provide basic health care, and whatever will be necessary and prescribed by the doctor. I am also able to provide basic care in terms of housekeeping etc. I pride myself in being extremely clean and organised. I am looking for a fulltime position, preferably live out as I still have one daughter attending University. Live in is negotiable depending on the amount of time off as well as the salary.
