Hello, I\'m 23 years old I currently work at Eagle Ridge Hospital as a care aide, I’ve been working with seniors for just over 3 years in many different settings. (Home care, assisted living, and long term care) Being a casual at the hospital gives me a lot of flexibility with my hours and days. the following are highlights of my qualifications and accomplishments: *In depth knowledge of utilizing mechanical aids such as specialty beds, lifts, slide boards, wheelchairs and stretchers to transport patients/clients *Extensive experience in working with an young special needs individual-administrating medications, assisted with feeding, experience with feeding tubes and toileting needs *In-depth knowledge personal care to patients/clients such as bathes, grooming, dressing, toileting needs.
