About Me: Hello my name is Evelyn. I am a 25 year old full-time pre-nursing student at the moment. I am a trustworthy candidate and have flexible scheduling for patient's. Services I provide: Light housekeeping, cooking/feeding, bathing, range of motion, and driving services if they ever need to go to a doctor's appointment or need assistance going out grocery shopping. I offer the whole nursing assisting experience, as requested by the patient and/or the family. Professional Experience as listed on my resume: -Charted vital signs, reported and documented any changes, and provided emotional support -Provided daily care on patients such as feeding, changing clothes and briefs, range of motion, walking, wheelchair, restroom, bedside commode, bedpan, cleaned and bandaged wounds, catheter bags, and recorded input and output. -Quickly identified changes in movement, eating, personality and pain. -Successfully assisted 13 patients simultaneously on numerous occasions. -Post-mortem Care Nurse Assisting background/Past Certifications: I attended a nurse assisting program for a year and obtained a CPR, CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant), HHA (Home Health Aide), and acute care setting certifications.
