Hello my name is April. I enjoy helping the elderly. I live in San Antonio and look forward to helping your family. Helping people comes second nature to me. I give assistance to people who are sick, injured, mentally or physically disabled, the elderly and fragile. I help clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication. I make and keep appointments with doctors, provide or arrange transportation and serve as a companion.
