I have worked as an in home caregiver for the past 4 years to a family in the west end of Ottawa. My duties included but were not limited to:
-personal care (showering, dressing, brushing teeth, shave, toileting)
-cleaning and maintenance of 2 bedroom apartment
-cooking ( experienced with vegan, organic, and kosher cuisine)
-errands and appointments
- companionship
-daily tracking of exercise, weight, intake and output
