Elder Care in Madison, Mississippi

I am a 24 year old African American female with 3 years of geriatric care experience. I began working with elderly patients in December of 2014 at the Whitfield Hospital outside of Pearl,MS. While working there I was responsible for bathing, feeding, changing undergarments, and checking patients vital signs. I worked there for two years as a Direct Care Worker and am currently a caregiver at Covenant Caregivers. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me joy to know that the little things I can do for someone means so much to them.
