Services And Training: I prepare light meals and snacks, administer insulin once a day, administer medication 4 times daily (Blister Pack) Testing blood glucose (daily) light house cleaning, sponge baths and washing hair, light exercises, Get client ready for bed, .Assist client in dressing, laundry, grocery shopping, recording daily meals, snacks and daily blood glucose reading, ordering diabetic supplies from the pharmacy, Accompanying clients to doctors appointments, and give an update to family members after each doctor appointments.
