I have applied excellent patient care skills, administrative, rehabilitation and surgical experience and Post operative care in Pediatric, kids with special needs and Adult patients/ residents with dementia, TBI, Stroke, SCI and other palliative treatment. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to work independently and also contributing member of a healthcare and with the whole interdisciplinary team. In my less than 15 years of experience as a Nurse Aide and Caregiver I have monitored and recorded behavioral changes to assist the healtcare team in proper treatment and medication.
