Hello My name is Pamela. I have been caring for the elderly for the aboit 20 yrs, as well as exposure and assisting them for most of my life though my own family, neighbours, and volunteer work. I am experienced in Palliative support, personal care, cooking, diet based nutritional needs, feeding, recreational activities, artistic therapy, and light housekeeping, Among many other things. I have extensive experience and training with dementia and Alzheimers (including late stage, non verbal, combative and difficult cases). Over the years I have developed knack for adapting to each client individually, and quicky become a person they are happy to see. I'm perceptive to wants and needs even when communication is difficult and unclear. I offer my clients and thier families compassionate care and support, with patience, understanding, and kindness, as well as a warm and cheerful attitude in all situations.
