Help with memory loss. 2.Make grooming easier. 3. Keeping the patient calm and orientated. 4. Encourage activities that are stimulating and enjoyable for the patient. ADL's (Activities of daily living) 1.Personal hygeine and oral care, grooming and hair care. 2.Assist with showers and bathing. 3.Assist with toileting which included aiding on and off. Assist in cleaning of oneself. 4.Functional mobility, that includes the ability to walk and transfer in and out of chair or bed. -Medication Reminders - Travel Companion in state and out ( Rates may Apply) MORE SERVICES - Laundry assistance - Light house chores Light meal prep And much much more...........
