Hello Dear Family, If you are a friendly family and currently looking for somebody to help please message me - I’m ready to work as a caregiver as soon as possible in my whole heart and strength. My name is Shally Mar P. Delos Reyes. I’m 34 years old, born on December 13. 1983, separated and I have two children. I’m from Mangayang, Dupax del Sur, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. My weight is 60kg and my height is 5’2 feet. I am very caring person, optimistic, energetic and hardworking. And I have great experience with elderly people. I worked in Israel as a caregiver for almost 9 years. I have finished 4 years course – Bachelor of degree in Nursing from University of La Salette and also underwent Training Course in Caregiver (NC-II) from Technical Education and skills Development Authority. I speak English, Filipino, Hebrew. ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE: I started my career in Cargiver since 2007. I like my job as a caregiver. I supervised my patient with my special skills according to the family of their trustworthy. I used to work 8 hours or 24 hours everyday as a Caregiver. In 2009-201... I worked as a Caregiver 10 hours everyday live-out job with an old man, he lives with his family. My client’s name is Mr.David Lehana 85 years old. He is suffering Alzheimer’s disease and Hypertension. My duties were feeding him, giving medications, bathing, changing the diapers, changing clothes, companionship, cooking for them, ironing, washing of the clothes and cleaning the house. I do my work with good cared and I support my client with my whole heart. They are very good and friendly to me. And I feel attach to them as my true family. I work to them almost a year. In 2012 I experience also to work in Nursing Retirement home for 10 hours everyday live-out job to take care Diabetes, Heart failure and Hypertension and Alzheimer’s disease clients. I take care of my client to go for a walk, companionship, feeding, giving medications, taking her in the clinic, bathing and shopping. I am attentive for everything that my patient needs. I am happy to work with my co-workers because we have a great relationships for being a good friends and company. In 2012-201... I worked as a Caregiver for more than 2 years, I take care of an old lady alone in a private house. My client’s name is Nazima Frost, 88 years old. I am working 24 hours everyday. She suffered from Alzheimer’s disease, Hypertension and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She is walking in a walker and sometimes I carry her in a wheel chair. My duties: when she get sick I stay also in the hospital with her for 8 hours. Sometimes she suffered also pneumonia. She try to use also Nebulizer at home. And also my duties to her are checking the vital signs, feeding, bathing, changing the diaper, changing clothes, giving the medications, go for a walk, companionship, calling for ambulance for emergency, shopping groceries, washing clothes and cleaning of the house, cooking. I do it all my obligations and my responsibilities especially her personal hygiene as a private Caregiver. I feel attached to Nazima Frost feeling like she is my grandmother. ABOUT MY APPROACH WORK WITH ELDERLY: While working with elderly I try to apply my knowledge of Elderly nursing care, to provide care and support with their special needs and respond to emergencies with the elderly and planning to give their needs to learn what they like or dislikes. Companionship the best way to achieve their feelings for being old. Soft care and doing all the duties like feeding, bathing, giving medications, checking the vital signs, changing diapers, therapy, carrying them in a wheelchair, go for a walk and I used to talk with them in a very nice way and they need all the attentions and love so that they can continue to leave with a caring life. ABOUT MYSELF: I am a simple, nice, healthy, jolly, loving and caring person. I love to cook, shopping and hanging out with my friends. And I am very clean person. I love to fix everything in a right way. I do not smoke, I have no illness, I love music and to make exercise. MY FUTURE PLANS: I want to work as a Caregiver in Canada because I would like to share my knowledge and my experience and at the same time to save enough money to afford the expenses of my children and my family here in the Philippines. I hope to my dear family employer in Canada you accept me as your Caregiver so that I apply my special skills in this country. I am looking for a long-term employment contract with an honest, trustworthy and friendly family. I am proud to be your Caregiver.
