Hi, I'm Jaclyn. I'm in my 20's and I have many work experiences caring for those with disabilities, those who have various medical conditions, and the elderly. I have worked for a in-home healthcare company out of Oconomowoc and I have worked for a nursing home in Lake Mills as a caregiver/companion and shower aide. I have education, training, and some certifications in CBRF care, personal cares, CPR, First AIde, showering, transferring, proper lifting, toileting, etc. I have experiences with personal cares, transferring, toileting, assisting with everyday tasks, medical reminders, meal prep, helping run errands, etc. I also have experiences helping my grandfather with those duties in his own home (he is in his 90's and has 3 different medical conditions). I am familiar with the following: ADD, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Allergies, Asthma, Bipolar, heart problems, Diabetes, Parkinsans, Dementia, Alzeimers, etc. I am in the process of achieving my Associate Degree in Health Information Technology and eventually my CNA. I have reliable, safe, and insured transportation. I would prefer taking care of your loved one in their home or your desired location. I am a non-smoker, I am pet friendly, willing to also help with errands and cleaning (laundry too), etc. I agree to a background check. I have affordable and negotiable rates.
