Hello! My name is Helen and I am a mature caregiver who specializes in live-out, part-time companion and home care services for elderly and/or disabled individuals. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to those for whom I work. My years of experience include: respite/companionship (including outings into the community), administering medication, personal care (feeding, bathing, dressing, etc.), some nursing care, menu planning/cooking/ housekeeping duties. I hold a current certificate in First Aid/CPR, have a driver's licence (no vehicle, I travel by foot, bus or taxi) and can provide a current criminal record check and vulnerable sector search.
