Working as a PAB is something I enjoy because it enable me to interact with patients and listen to their past and life experiences while assisting them with their daily life needs.
I possess 5 years of experience as a PAB, working with elderly patients. Over the years, I have learned to take care of patient suffering from Alzheimer and dementia and have developed the ability to adapt to every patients and make them feel comfortable with me. I adapt to their mood and energy level and demonstrate patience to help them the best way I can.
