I am respectful, calm, grounded and compassionate. I am detail focused and give 100 % of my energy to my people. I am a caring person and good listener. I have been caring for people in one way or another, ever since I can remember. It is where my heart lies. I enjoy cooking, cleaning and basic yard-work as well as being an emotional and physical support for others (especially seniors, special needs, animals and generally those who are vulnerable). I have experience working with Autism, MS, Bi-polar, Arthritis, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD and many, many other issues clients face. I prefer in home, one-on-one, hands-on connection. I have been working with persons with disabilities (family/co/workers/friends) for most of my adult life (25 years experience with autism as well as M. S.). I also have hands-on experience working with clients from the DTES. I worked at a Wellness Center for 5 years as a Holistic Energy Practitioner and Reiki Master. I had a two year wait list for my services. Besides energy and Reiki services, I offered my skills of gentle and therapeutic foot massage and compassionate listening.
