I am an experienced caregiver..I have worked in an assisted living facility for quite sometime.I did several duties and had several respomsibilities as well.I worked at Greenbriar Manor ALF on 131st St., North, Seminole,FL 33776. I assist residents in their medications,prepared 3 meals a day and served snacks at about 2 pm, assisted the elderly in taking shower, getting dressed and grooming. I also get them ready for family visits and doctor's appointment,order medications from their pharmacy and make the necessary changes in their MOR if needed specially after an appointment or hospital stay..accomplished their Form 1823 and assisted the administrator in accomplishing and keeping the records updated.
