Good country home cooked meals with hearty soups, tender flake pie or homemade cookies along with light housekeeping and laundry.
I like to report to family members about your health if permission given. Shopping or light errands like the doctor are all possible.
All my training in CPR, fall prevention and different ailments like diabetics, MS, stroke etc I started over 20 years ago and I kept learning up to today.
