My Name is Jenna I've worked as a Resident Assistant in an Assisted Living Facility in my hometown for 2 years assisting elders with their daily living activities , we would be responsible for getting them cleaned up and dressed in the mornings around 630 and taking them down to the dining hall to eat breakfast , then after they were finished we would help out with whatever they wanted to do during the day, usually it would be whatever activity they had planned for the day, ladies spa day or movie night, staying in their room playing cards or just sitting and watching TV. if they needed assistance with personal hygiene we would help with that also, bathing, brushing teeth, med reminders or needing help getting dressed for the night. They were always treated like family, i got very attached to the ones i was in charge of caring for, loved getting close to each of them and hearing stories from their past , where they lived and grew up as a kid. I loved getting up and going to work , because they made it more enjoyable.
