Hello ! I am an RN of 36 yrs ready for a change. I have experience in many different fields and have a current unencumbered WV RN license. I would not be working for you as an RN, but that is part of my background. I cared for my father-in-law who had Alzheimer's and cared for my mother who has mobility issues for 15 yrs. I work in detail with the family and client to have a clear, concise course of cared. Bathing, assisting with dressing and all ADLS provided. Dressing changes, wound care, oral medication administration, administration of respiratory medications all can be provided as needed. I provide companionship, redirection with behavioral issues, safety issues and more. I am will to do light housekeeping and meal preparation.
