Since 2009 I have known I have wanted to be an elderly helper.. I enjoy the elderly learning from their stories laughing and joking with them or even playing a game or two of cards... My grandma was very sick in 2009 and passed but during her illness I spent hours with her just hanging out. She was on dialysis so some days I went to hospital with her and sat for hours just so she wasn't alone.. doing this brought me joy knowing I was making her crappy days better...
