Elder Care in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

I have a passion working with seniors and people with intellectual disabilities and since it relates to my experience in social work and knowledge in rendering adequate care. I have been working for over three years as a care worker working with seniors and the experience I have acquired will be beneficial if I am given the opportunity. In my work experiences I have provided home support to seniors, helped with their personal hygiene and ensured participation in recreational activities. However, I have also learnt to respect the senior’s decision on whether or not to participate in some of these activities. I have learnt how to handle medical situations and also using my own knowledge efficiently to keep lives safe.
