Hello, I'm Tina, and I'm an elder care provider in the McDonough and surrounding areas of GA. I have over 5 years' experience working with seniors with various forms of Dementia, Parkinson's, surgery/rehab and stroke recoveries. I offer part-time companion/respite care, medication management, personal care, and personalized exercise/strength training. I'm experienced in cooking/meal prep, light housekeeping, running errands, providing transportation to appointments, and pet care. I'm a senior exercise instructor and an aquatics coach. I'm CPR certified and have a valid driver's license. For my services, I charge $18 - $25 an hour, depending on your needs.
