I am seeking to provide full/ part time live-out care to families and individuals in Ottawa, Ontario. I have 13 years experience and offer a wide range of services, including companion care, home care, hospice care, respite care, wound care, diabetic foot care, transferring, assesment/care plans, medication administration, documentation/flow charting, catheter nanagement and care, demetia care, physical therapy, cognitive therapy, bathing, housekeeping, meal preparation,complex nursing and complete personal care. I also have certifications in CPR and first Aid level C, None Violent Conflict Resolution, Post Operative Therapeutic Care, EDEN Care and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
