I am a recent nursing graduate. I have had experience in elderly care settings from my previous role as a PSW and an unregulated care provider (UCP) in a retirement home. As a nursing student, I also cared for people in various ages. I gained hands-on experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and fostering a safe and comforting environment for residents.
