I have known Crystal for approximately 5 years as she was hired as PSW for our Loved One (LO) who had dementia. Crystal is an amazing person , who built a trusting relationship with LO, but also kept everything light, joyous and fun. We trusted Crystal with LO if we had to step out of the house, we knew that LO was in great hands! Crystal went above and beyond with our LO and really built up a friendship and rapport, all the while caregiving, dressing, bathing, all the personal duties that PSWs provide. She also would take LO to the park, and swing on the swings, watch the minnows in the creek behind the house, walk, sit on benches looking at the clouds; above and beyond. I highly recommend Crystal as a wonderful caregiver who provides more than the basics, but also adds in some fun, making sombre days so much brighter!
