I have worked with elderly on and off for the past 6 years. I have worked in quite a few departments in the retirement home sector, they include personal support worker, housekeeping aide as well as dietary aide. During my experience I have dealt with all types of personalities and behaviors. I have a passion for helping improve others quality of life and I love the feeling of fulfillment I get after a days work.
