I'm Lily, a kind, compassionate, friendly woman. I am available full-time as a live out elder care provider, however I'd be willing to do live-in a couple of days a week. I'd enjoy providing companionship and home care services to families in need of assistance. I understand that caring for an elderly family member can be a challenge and I am here to help. I am experienced in providing respite, administering medication and providing personal care. I am available full-time as a live out provider, however I'd be willing to do live-in a couple of days/nights a week. Located in Warkworth, Ontario, I am willing to commute a reasonable distance. Among the most gratifying experiences I’ve had in the last few years have been working with young adults and youth with special needs. I enjoy people and I am often thinking about my clients' dignity and how to improve their lives. I think outside the box about how to support them in experiencing joy in their days and creating the lives they want. The experience I bring includes my Gestalt and Non-Violent Communication training. My work with children and young adults with special needs has honed my intuition, and had taught me to pay attention with all my senses, to perceive beyond the obvious and to hold back judgment until I understand more fully.
