Elder Care in Gainesville, Florida

My name is Julia and I used to be a Elder Care companion provider for a lady whose son lived in Australia. I did this for many years and I was basically his eyes and his ears for his mother. I made sure she attended her doctor's appointment, I updated him on these events as they happened. I took her to lunch, we went shopping, cooked and cleaned either together or I did it for her, I basically was her everything. However I am not a certified CNA and I wasn't 24 hour 7 days a week care. The lady that I was to be a companion for lived in a assisted living facility and her son did not want her to just sit in the chair in the hallway and watch people go by he wanted his mother to live life to the fullest . I am looking for a position that is either full-time or part-time on alternating shifts or solely independent.. I am flexible to the hours day or night
